Sharing Your Pictures About the AuthorMichael Wright - Michael Wright studied Fine Art at St. Albans foundation course, 1972-3, digital photography and went onto study Fine Art at Liverpool College of Art digital photography and Design, graduating in 1976. He gained a post-graduate bursary, continuing his studies at the Royal Academy schools digital photography and was awarded silver digital photography and bronze medals for sculpture, graduating with a post-graduate diploma in 1979. Wright took up part-time post teaching art in a North London junior school, continuing his art practice digital photography and exhibiting. He was invited as a guest lecturer to teach on the Foundation course at St. Albans digital photography and Liverpool College of Art digital photography and Design Fine Art program. Wright was subsequently offered a permanent teaching post at Hertfordshire College of Art digital photography and Design, University of Hertfordshire, digital photography and developed a degree program in Art digital photography and Design. He was Course Leader for the Fine Art degree program 1993 - 99, digital photography and is currently a senior lecturer in the Fine Art program. Wright acted as a consultant on the Art School series for Dorling Kindersley, published in association with the Royal Academy of Arts, 1992, digital photography and authored two titles in the series, Introduction to Pastels digital photography and Mixed Media. Wright has written several introductions to artists? catalogues digital photography and more recently undertook an MA by Research entitled Drawing: conceptual models of landscape space 1999-2002. Wright continues to teach Fine Art, electronic imagery digital photography and photography on the degree course at the University of Hertfordshire digital photography and is exhibiting work in Britain digital photography and Europe.
